1. Who we are

2. What the App is — and what it isn’t
The App is a thin Atlassian Forge UI Kit listing. Its sole purpose is to make the Climakers acp2md (single-page) and acs2md (full-space) command-line tools discoverable from inside Confluence.
The App does not perform any content conversion itself. Conversion runs on the customer’s own workstation, server, or CI runner via the CLI tools, which are downloaded separately from store.climakers.com.
3. Data we collect through the App
None. The App does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data or Confluence content.
Specifically, the App has no backend, no resolvers, and no server-side functions; has no network egress permissions in its Forge manifest (permissions.external.fetch.backend is not declared); does not read, store, or transmit Confluence page or space content; does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics, advertising identifiers, or fingerprinting; and does not integrate with any third-party analytics, telemetry, or error-reporting service.
4. Data the App reads locally inside Confluence
The App reads two non-sensitive context values from the Forge runtime — the current page ID and the current space key/name — only to render example commands such as "acp2md page convert by-id …" and "acs2md space convert by-key …".
These values are obtained via Atlassian’s useProductContext hook, stay inside the App’s UI Kit iframe, and are never sent to Climakers, logged, or persisted.
5. Outbound links
The App contains buttons and links that open the following Climakers-operated pages in a new browser tab: docs.climakers.com (and the /acp2md, /acs2md subpaths), store.climakers.com, climakers.com/atlassian-confluence, and climakers.com/support.
When you click one of these links, your browser leaves the Confluence app context. From that point onward, the privacy notices of those Climakers properties apply, not this policy.
6. The role of Atlassian
The App runs on Atlassian’s Forge platform. Atlassian hosts the App’s code, serves it to your browser, and may collect operational telemetry about Forge apps under its own privacy terms (atlassian.com/legal/privacy-policy).
Climakers does not receive any of that telemetry.
7. Children’s data
The App is intended for use by employees of organisations that license Confluence Cloud. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly process any data relating to children.
8. International transfers
Because the App does not collect or transmit data, no international transfer of personal data occurs through the App. Any transfers that may occur through Atlassian’s hosting of the App are governed by Atlassian’s privacy policy.
9. Your rights
Because the App does not hold any personal data about you, there is no data held by Climakers in connection with the App that you can request access to, correct, or delete.

10. Security
The App ships no executable backend code that processes customer data, runs under Atlassian’s Forge sandbox, and uses only Atlassian-issued UI Kit components. Climakers receives no Confluence credentials, tokens, or content through the App.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, update the listing on the Atlassian Marketplace.
